Sharing some random pics from Boone’s day today.
Started off his day as my ever-present office assistant. He’s got the lounging/sleeping thing down pretty well 😉
Then he moved to the sunshine while I had lunch.
After our hop, he surveyed the neighborhood out our front window. The same window where he went nose-to-nose with a young moose last week. Thankfully his bark told the moose to bug out, which it did. Phew. The dead of winter in Alaska would not be the time to replace a window.
SMOOCHING THE SCREEN RIGHT NOW AND CAN’T STOP!!! OMD!!! That picture of Boone at the window is PRICELESS!!!! Loooove that handsome mug!! 🙂 🙂
Boone is fully focused and definitely “in the moment”! “Here Moosey, Moosey! Come closer to Da Boone so I can whip your butt!”
Boone looks pretty darn comfy just being our Assistant soaking up the Alaskan sun on his bed. Afterall, it’s hard work being such a handsome Moose Wrangler! Boone needs his beauty naps!

Boone is just so sweet and gorgeous. He is lucky to have you….and we are all lucky to have you sharing his story. I feel your joy and love for that sweet boy and it makes me smile, so thank you for that.

I want moose looking into my window!! (Manni would go nuts, but oh well…) And Alaska sounds like the place to be! (never thought I would say this…but you get sunshine, or what is that yellow light?? Haven’t seen that around here in a while) Have I mentioned I want moose??!!
Boone looks so content, Jeanette. Whatever happens, you are doing everything right, your boy is happy and that’s what counts.

Thank you Tina 😊. We’ve had a lot of beautiful sunshine this week and we’re grateful for that. Boone loves to follow the light in the living room throughout the day.
We had 3 moose wander through yesterday morning. Boone made sure they knew how upset he was that they were in HIS yard 😉
